Bill was extremely helpful in selecting a good quality wool carpet for the Hollywood stairs to replace carpet installed when our home was built 35 years ago. Everything went like clockwork from the selection,delivery, time scheduling for installation and quality of workmanship.Nothing was a problem and everyone involved were highly professional. We will definitely use Carpet Palace for any future floor covering requirements. Wayne-Halton Hills
