I had the worst experience with this store. I ordered a sectional set at 8.50 pm on friday night and when we came home we took some measurements and figured it wont fit so next day first thing in the morning we went to cancel the order and get maybe something else but they said no its already been ordered and they started the custom factory which was bs. The store closes at 9 and opens at 9 so how would they do it that fast. So we were not able to cancel so we had to choose different pieces which cost us more than we wanted to pay. When we finally got the set after 5 weeks. The delivery guys wouldn't unwrap it to go downstairs so i called the store to tell them the set is not going down so whats my options they said u have none. Ur stuck with it and the guys just left it in my hallway. Rude staff and rud managers and they dont show any empathy for any situation. I will never go back and will never recommend them. Now I'm looking to buy bedroom set and living room so definitely they won't be from there.
