We were looking to replace some windows in our house and found out that Durabuilt had the sizes we needed in stock. We went to their location and picked up 4 new windows with full warranty included. This past winter one of the windows cracked. We called Durabuilt and told them about the crack and sent in a couple of pictures. Our issue was handled immediately, and very quickly and professionally. Our window is fixed and looks great. From the very first email I sent, to the lady who handled our case, to the lady who scheduled the appointment, and to the gentleman who did the repairs - thank you all. It is nice to know that a company stands behind their word. We will definitely be back and will send recommendations. We just wanted to say "thank you for the best customer service we have had in a long time.
