Loved the service. From the moment I spoke to the lady at reception to the follow up meeting we had with Richard we felt very well looked after. Richard took the time to figure out the problem. He gave multiple options along with a recommendation so we could find the right solution on our budget. He explained everything in detail but in plain language I could understand. When we asked him to come back to help us with something he was back same day, gracious and patient as he explained how to use something on our boiler. Richard was very professional in that we had company both times he was here and he was always respectful when he needed to speak with one of us. Bottom line: fast service, knowledgeable staff and finally our boiler is fixed once and for all! Thank you Richard and thank you Novel care.
