An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tom - Thank you for delivering such a thorough and professional service. Purchasing a new home through a new home builder is never easy no matter how much money you spend. The end result is always great but there are so many components to new construction, I really needed a trained eye to identify and report the various deficiencies for my TARION report. Even before the actual inspection, I met with Tom and he took the time to do a physical walk-through with me during the pre-drywall stage and spend a considerdable amount of time answering numerous questions.
