We had 19 windows and one door installed in November/December 2018. We expressed concerns to the company about a number of issues. We will not work with them again, nor recommend them.

Thank you for addressing your concerns and your overall experience with us. I sincerely regret that you are not happy with our services and the delays that came along with it. This was honestly the hardest quote I have ever worked on in my career to date. Your attention to detail and the appearance of the windows you envisioned was a challenge I eagerly accepted. I spent countless hours on this deal with multiple changes and revisions made along the way, even ones made during production. Finding a custom grill system solution to get you the exact look you wanted proved to be challenging but we found a solution in the end. I invested countless hours on the phone with my plant and several suppliers to get the exact look you envisioned and the overall appearance of the windows is fantastic..
As you stated over 50 email exchanges and a lot of time and effort went into this!!!
I do apologize for delays as we were finishing up all of Green Ontario's orders at this time and we did have some production delays as a result. In your case I believe we where late by 2-3 weeks and the custom grills held up the window completion.
As for the scratch in the floor, the owner of Dalmen Pro spoke with Travis and the credit of $344.23 was agreed to and removed from the final balance.
