I chose your company because Alex was an aquaintenance of mine. The service I received was amazing and throughout the week Alex provided amazing service and helpful full advice until I could have my new Ductless heat pump installed. The install was professional and I appreciated that Alex was on time and delivered what he said he would. Over & above service is what I received and I would definitely recommend Alex & your company to friends and family. Laura, your office admin that answered my call, was not helpful at all so had I not known Alex , I definitely would have gone elsewhere. I would not have her answering calls for people in emergencies like I had as she was dismissive and not helpful before or after ... when I asked to speak to a manager as clearly she did not hear or care that my situation turned into an emergency.
