Sweage back up in our basement
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had sweage back up in our basement. We called at least 3 companies, but Five Star was much quicker to respond and gave a better quote. They came almost immediately.They explained exactly what they will be doing next few days. They were very polite, knoweledgable and proffesional in managing the flood. We were very happy to deal with this company, with no hastle and the result was great. We strongly recommmend them to others for in need of flood emergency so you do not have to go through what we went (calling few companies in emergency situation), where we could save some of our stuff from basement before the help gets here.
