We have never had anything but great service from this company - for both services and repairs. Most recently, during an extreme heat advisory, our A/C stopped working. We contacted AtlasCare, who were able to send a technician within 24 hours. Quinton was prompt - he actually arrived early and contacted us to ensure that would be acceptable. He was courteous and considerate of our house, wearing booties when walking inside with his safety shoes. He diagnosed our failed blower motor, but unfortunately did not have the part on his truck. He advised us they would have to order the part and it would take 24 hours. The company subsequently contacted us an hour later and said that they were able to find the part and returned the same day to complete the repair. The whole experience was great!

I purchased a home with vermiculite insulation containing asbestos and wanted to have it removed. I researched the process and various companies on the internet and got quotes from 6 of them. Templar was the lowest quote and were able to complete the job sooner and much more quickly than the other companies that I contacted. The job was completed quickly and as quoted.
