There was issues with leaking water/sewage from the 2nd floor bathroom to the 1st floor kitchen. Leaking water issues are very hard to diagnosis. Jeff took great time and effort to ensure all leaking issues were resolved. Given this house is a very old house with no longer standard piping, Jeff was able to retrofit and fix problems with new piping.
