Jack is very efficient! He came to my Garage yesterday and was right on it! He knew exactly what to do as soon as he looked at my garage door...I usually am sketchy about certain people in my house at first, but Jack didn't make us feel that way in any way! Good work.

The technicians were on time, very amiable, and quite efficient. In fact, when I couldn't figure out how to turn the dishwasher that they repaired back on after they left, I stopped them in my driveway and asked how I might do that. The technician very nicely told me where to find the switch to turn the machine back on and, in fact, he waited until I'd done so to make sure all was well before he left. AND he didn't even seem to think I was an fool for not knowing where that switch was! ha! All in all, a very good repair experience.
