We engaged EuroStar last year to obtain a quote for windows and doors replacement. Eli was prompt in responding to our quote and made an appointment to visit us and provided us the necessary details. We negotiated some pricing/window styles etc and comparatively they came in with a competive pricing. We had the details to make the required decision quickly. We made an initial deposit however due to covid setting in, they were unable start the work until early spring this year 2021. The installation crew Danny contacted us and informed us about the start date and duration of the job. As promissed they came in on time to start the work. Danny came with his partner Remi and once they got started the work we knew we made the right decision. It was refreshing to see how Danny/Remi worked together with professionalism. They were freindly , curteous and we didnt have to watch over their shoulder to see if they were doing a good job. In fact they called us to show the work they were doing and explained to us why they had to do certain things to get the job done. To us Danny and Remi were rock stars and they made the difference finally the way the job was completed. Thank You Eli/Danny and Remi for he excellent work. For sure we will recommend Euro star windows.
