An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have few rugs in our living room, dinning room and family rooms that we would like to clean pofessionally every year since we have young children and a pet. We used couple of other companies before, their services were good. My husband told me that one one his co-worker used 5 Star cleaning and he was very happy with service and price. We decided to give them a try. We were impressed with their customer service, their price and punctuality (we needed the rugs in 4 days). They did pick up and delivery for free, they moved the furniture in order to get the rugs, and they put the rugs back by themselves again for no extra charge. Our rugs were so clean, stain free and very fresh. So, finally we are going to stick to 5 star cleaning. They provide so many other services including even flood,fire, smoke and water emergencies.
