We called Mike after we became fed up with our regular company of over 10 years. For the second time, our regular company (with whom we did twice-a-year maintenance) was recommending that we replace the furnace when we suspected the problem could be fixed. We wanted a second opinion and chose Mike based on reviews. Mike looked at the problem, which was a bit complicated, and figured it out - fixing it with what he had in his truck in about 20 minutes. Basically, he saved us about $6000. I really believe that there are many people working in this field who are not properly certified or qualified. Their first idea is to replace the whole system. Mike was patient in explaining the problem. He is calm, respectful, efficient, and professional. My partner said his reviews were so good, he wondered if they could be real. They are!
