I arranged everything over the phone with Christine, who gave me an accurate quote, verified my coupon validity, etc. The two man crew showed up EXACTLY on time (first time ever for any contractor I've hired), even though they drove to Cambridge from the London office. They were done in an hour, cleaned up nicely, and gave me some notes to follow up on regarding leaky ducts around the furnace. Very professional right from the initial office contact to the on-sight work. The house actually smells dust-free the day after.
