We have used Ottawa Electric twice in the past 4 months for major electrical work in our home. The first job was a service panel upgrade from 100 to 200A and the second time was for a kitchen renovation. Their response time was very fast and the work was done in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner. We were somewhat shocked to discover extensive structural cracking in our foundation due to rebar corrosion. After we had a structural engineering assessment done, we contacted five different repair companies who all proposed very different solutions with wild variations in scope and price. Dave Marcotte was by far the best of all five, including having the best overall solution, warranty, quality and price. Dave even discovered issues that others had missed. Once the work began it was completed very quickly and efficiently. The crew was very professional and considerate and ensured a thorough cleanup. Dave was able to work seamlessly with our structural engineer to allow for the in-process and final engineering inspections. The work was excellent in all aspects. We are very happy with the finished solution and recommend Dave Marcotte very highly.
