My (very) old stove finally gave up the ghost in Jan. 2021 at the height of the pandemic and I had to replace it quickly. I needed help with installation of the new stove and to get the old stove out of the house. I also needed some advice on future appliance replacements. Nick and his team responded quickly, were easy to work with, arrived promptly and did the work quickly but carefully. They wore masks and maintained social distance but were still good-humoured and friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I have used Enrique's company twice - once to take down an evergreen tree that was encroaching on my fence and more recently to prune a vine which had grown over an electricity line. Enrique responded promptly to give me a quote, even though it was Sunday, and he was back with a co-worker on time. The vine had to be pruned during the Covid crisis and he and his co-worker had masks and gloves, which I appreciated. They were careful and neat and the vine still covers the wall - but not the electricity line! His prices were reasonable and he was polite, friendly and funny. Totally recommend!

We have had a terrible experience with Gem. They do not return calls, and takes YEARS to do repairs. I have been trying to get them to fix the bay window they installed for over a year, and this is not the first time I've had this problem with them. Really shameful... avoid this company.

Please find our response to the above review. Since it's posting on December 02nd 2011, we have made every attempt to identify the customer so that we can respond to their concerns. We require additional information to be able to clearly identify this specific customer.
