They don't take ownership and endless backorders
I ordered a fridge in June 2020. This is for my own home not a client project. It backordered until Sept THEN Oct. And when it arrived it didn't match the dimensions online and now they won't do full refund.theyre threatenjng to keep 25% of the total when they haven't even shipped the new product I ordered because the first order dimensions we're wrong online - the delivery guys confirmed this. To all trades out there.. if you need a dealer you can rely on it is not Canadian Appliance.

Please understand that CAS does not manufacture any of the appliances we sell and that the appliance industry has encountered substantial productivity concerns due to Covid-19. If our dimensions were indeed incorrect online, we will certainly re-assess your return request.
