Paul did an amazing job for us. We were always iffy about duct cleaning and didn't really find it to be a grand necessity but it was explained what would be done and how it would help the overall air flow in the house. The communication was flawless, I cannot stress this enough. Before they came, while they were there and even afterwards with any follow up questions. They had all the knowledge in what they were doing and were 110% honest with us. The workers were on time, they were clean and effecient. When we need our ducts cleaned again, we will not be hesitating to call Paul again.

Schell Lumber was extremely helpful when it came to building our deck. Not only did they explain the various types of materials we could use, they also helped us figure out a design based on what we told them we were looking for. All the wood was brought to our house and they showed us the best way to store it outside and keep it protected incase it rained. It was a little pricey per square foot, which was the only downfall, however the wood has held up over the years so we are definitely getting our moneys worth!

We got a new garage door a few years after our old one (the original to the house) stopped working. Because we knew that a garage door wasn't an essential we looked around and Stouffville Garage Doors gave us a free quote of what we were looking at. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The installation was very quick, however it has been a few years and our garage door doesn't open more than an inch now automatically. To open it the rest of the way, you have to do it manually. We have called about getting this fixed and it is extremely helpful they are willing to come any time (day or night) as they are open 24/7 to help.

After attempting several times to contact our original pool company in assistance with closing our pool for the winter, we finally decided to look elsewhere for the help. Through a friend we found Aquaman Pool. We called explaining our situation and what we were looking for and gave us a window of when someone would be by to help. We of course, expected it to be towards the end of the window, so we were extremely surprised when they showed up near the beginning. They explained to us not only what they were doing, but what we were doing wrong. They told us the correct tools we would need and how to do it, so in the future we would be able too. We had a few other questions that they were more than happy to assist us with. Even though they didn't build our pool they told us not to hesitate if we needed anything at all. It did seem a bit pricy for what they did, however, their customer service and help made the money aspect worth it.

My family was nothing but impressed with Boston Roofing. We had shopped around for different companies to redo our roof that was old, leaking and lots of shingles were flying off into our backyard and onto the road in the windy weather. Not good! Boston Roofing was far superior than any other company we could have gone with. They gave us a quote of what it would cost, and worked with our financial budget as well as competing prices to give us the best possible price. The workers were very polite. The job took two days, but at the end of the first day, the workers cleaned up everything instead of leaving a mess just because they would be back tomorrow. Everything was fast, quick and they were 100% reliable. All of our questions were answered and if they were unsure, they did everything to figure out the answer to our questions. Rain, shine, wind or snow, our roof is in excellent condition and we are extremely thrilled with Boston Roofing.

The windows they are installed are incredibly beautiful and because of the amount we installed there was a discount offered. Wish they would have allowed to us to determine what kind of window (3 pane, 2 pane, etc) we wanted for each bedroom, but they did do an overall job. They are good at keeping out the cold in the winter (my room is much warmer in winters), and there is a very good warranty on them. Earlier my sister dropped a hammer and it hit the window (putting up xmas decorations) and the window didn't even crack or shatter. Very durable.

These guys came in on CHRISTMAS EVE (!) and we're so polite and helpful to our situation. It was sort of an embarrassing situation (related to septic tank), but they were professional and answered every single question we had. They didn't rush to get the job done, despite the fact it was christmas eve. All in all, we would always go back to them if we needed any help.
