Damian is very skilled and expert in this craft. He is meticulous in his work and created a masterpiece of our fireplace. He cleaned up and did some nice finishing touches. He noticed our tiles were a little defective and tried to lay them so no one would notice. Would totally recommend

They sprayed my neighbours lawn instead of mine. If it wasn't for my neighbour, I would not have know that my treatment was not completed. The office did correct the issue afterwards.
They delivered the quality and service they promised. Some delays, missed appointments and a few service calls to get everything up to spec. The service recovery could be improved. Ashley in the office is very thorough and prompt.

We were recommended this company by our neighbours. They have decent installers and for the most part they are on time. The problems are with their service department. They don't really have one. For such a big job and price tag, i would recommend a larger company. Their service department are the installers going back to fix things. They are really nice, but busy...We have been waiting 2 years for repairs and attention.

We did a service call for Mr. B of Thornhill recently and I believe this is a review from him. We regret that it took a few months to schedule this appointment because of repeated scheduling conflicts with the client. We decided to send our technician back to perform a cosmetic touch up even though it was not associated with the window installation. Customer satisfaction is top priority for us and we hope Mr. B enjoys his new windows.
