The day the job was scheduled for, insta-insulation arrived on time, but we weren't informed that we needed to remove the clothes from the closets where the attic access is. After we emptied, we were told the truck wasn't working so they couldn't do it. It was a week before they came back to empty and replace the insulation. We came home to a giant mess after the insulation was replaced. The house was coated in it as well as the drive way and porch.
