The door was installed by Dodds Garage Doors several years ago. Worked excellently. However,this winter ice was forming under it and it would not open this morning. Roberto came and really worked hard to fix the problem. He also taught me how to avoid the problem in the future.

Thank you Gab for this review. With such extreme weather conditions there is the risk of ice build up under a door and the door could become frozen to the ground and when the garage door opener is engaged the door could rip apart.. You must ensure that the ice is cleared. I simply put a thin layer of salt beneath the door to prevent freezing.
