To complete our condo renovation, the old builder installed blinds had to be replaced by new draperies. Neil promptly set a consultation appointment with all his samples. He did not push for us to decide and commit. Before we finally decided to go with Neil, he answered all my questions promptly. No pushy or up selling from Neil. He listens to what you want or had in mind and provide his views for your consideration. With a very flexible installation schedule, he and his installer came on time and completed the job cleanly and professionally. As Neil promised, the condo living room looks and feels much "warmer" and beautiful. We finally gained our privacy with the "blackout" bedroom draperies. This was the final touch to our condo renovation. Great job and experience with Neil!

We recently downsized to a condo but its kitchen needed some updating before we move in. In March, I read great reviews on Canlik Kitchen and decided to get a quote on the kitchen renovation. As this was our first kitchen renovation experience, Victor was very patience with us and explained all the questions that we had so that we will be able to make an intelligent decision. He did not pressure us to commit but simply allow us to decide. By the end April, we had Canlik Kitchen to renovate our condo kitchen by refacing the cabinets and installing new counter, faucet and sink. Simon and his crew were very professional in carrying out the renovation. They overcame a number of unexpected challenges and managed to start and compete the job as per scheduled. Our condo was left in a very clean state when the crew left each day. We enjoyed the entire no pressure experience from start to finish. We are very happy with the finished work and at a reasonable price. Victor and Simon were very flexible in accommodating our schedule and also very responsive whenever contacted. I have already told others, who were interested in renovating their kitchens, about Canlik and Victor.

Vidya who came to our newly purchased condo and take her time in assisting with our final decision in creating our new custom master bedroom closet. She was not pushy and allowed us to make our decision. Even with a slight change in design on the agreed layout, she explained and provided updated drawings immediately to our satisfaction. On the day of the installation, the installer (Manah...sorry if I misspelled his name) arrived on time and work quietly and diligently installing the closet. No mess. He did a wonderful job. Viday also follow up before and after the installation. My wife and I are very happy with the result. We will definitely call Viday again if we need another closet done. Great job! Simple, easy and professional.

After reading this site's reviews, we decided to hire Victorious Carpet to repair our basement carpet. The installer, Alex, did a fabulous job. He was pleasant and professional. He took his time and did a quality job. From our first contact to job completion, Mark kept us well informed and ensured to follow up at each stage. We appreciate Mark's extra effort in a pre-visit when we were not sure as to how much of the furniture had to be moved for the repair. His advice help my planning and save my back! There were no surprises! Great and excellent customer service! Thank you for giving our basement back.

Steve and his partner came on time and were focused in repairing my garage door. In about 45 minutes, they replaced the spring and lubed "everything". My 20 years old garage door is now operating so so quietly. Steve took the time to explain the repair and other things I needed to know in operating my garage opener. All this for a very reasonable price. Steve is a professional, no nonsense, and honest guy. I recommend him to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

The Fixer is a professional company that truly focuses on providing great customer service and experience. From my initial phone call to the work completion, I was fully informed during the entire process. I appreciate Arthur's patience and detail explaination on the root cause and the needed repair work during his assessment and estimate for my roof/valley leak. The crew (unfortunately, I did not get their names) was professional and took their time in showing me the before and after photos and their detail explaination of the work done. I like the efficient use of e-mail and the "paperless" approach for a roofing company. I am confident that the Fixer will take care of any after sale requests I may have. I would recommend anyone to use the Fixer for roofing needs. I WILL be calling them when I need a new roof (a long time from now).
