I had to get some pictures framed. It costs around $100 per frame but John does a good job. He is very fast in his work (he says a week and then it is done in like two days) and he always says I got a good deal. He also does a great job matching the frame to the picture and gives good suggestions. Great experience with him and would recommend him to anyone that needs their picture framed.
Installation of security system and monitoring
I have a love / hate relationship with Chubb. They are good at what they do and were very professional when they came in to do the installation and any maintenance required on the system over the years. I have it to protect my door and a number of windows. However, they charge $82 per call per 1/2 hour which is a lot. I am thinking their are cheaper security systems out there but I have used them for so long and they haven't annoyed me enough to change providers.
I had a wet basement in one of my rentals. Called this guy up and he fixed it really well. Totally professional. I even used him to fix my chimney when it started to crumble. Also fixed. I would highly recommend him to do any renovations around your home. He is really good. Oh, the basement cost around $3500 and the chimney was $1500 in costs.
Had to replace the windows at one of my rentals. Did half the windows and these guys were great. Competitively priced and I was able to get those "green" windows and at the time get money back from the government. I would use these guys again but didn't cause they no longer represented the windows that I got way back when.
I had a backup in one of the places I own. I called these guys to fix it. Totally professional and got the job done right. Highly recommend them to anyone that has problems. The service guy was really nice and able to fix everything on time and within my budget.

Professional movers. Moved apartments downtown. Professional and on time. Just make sure to ask when payment is expected as it may be required to pay onsite when the move is done. Other than that, I would use them again. Also make sure you book the elevator in advance.
