The service was great to get the business. Had someone come out the next day. The man that did the job was very nice and very personable. The attention to detail was not there. The worst thing about this service was the attack dogs for payment immediately. It was the next morning and I had not gone to see the site. They called in the morning and asked, we agreed to talk after 2pm. They called at 12:30, They called at 1:30. The calls were endless and annoying. I asked if they could send me an invoice and they were VERY RUDE !!!!! I left their calls for the day and finally paid within 48 hours and they were still cold and rude. Honestly .... $1400 for 4 hours of work, that they probably pay the guy $20 an hour max. I find this company very much a cash grab that does not care about service or reputation.

I renovated an 8000sq/ft home a year ago. It has 7 Baths and had hot water recirc put in. It did not work properly and was very annoying, as I did not want to wait 5 minutes to get hot water to the master bath. And of course, the original plumber could not be found. Mike Burns came in and we went through the system and he suggested that we have one pump push the water and another pull the water back to the heater. Makes sense. It was too large of a home to push the hot all the way through the house. He left a short time ago and all of the baths have hot water instantly. On top of the great plumbing, he was a really wonderful guy who was so polite, respectful of keeping my home clean and a pleasure to be around !!!!! I will be calling Bosco for all of my needs in the future. If this is their business model, then they have a very bright future !!!!!! Thanks to Mike for making something I thought would be a Huge ordeal and turning it into something easy.

Hiring this company was the worst disaster of my career !!!! It started will all talk, talk, talk. He was hired to lower my basement. The work seemed good enough in the beginning. However.... whenever there was an issue, he just talked over us. In the end, the floor was seriously uneven. The the walls leaked. After many calls he said he would fix it. DID NOT SHOW UP !!!! After many attempts, we had to pay $3000 top another company to get it fixed. Then comes the plumbing drains under the floor. All broken and leaking into the ground below the house. His response was that he doesn't have the money to fix it, but he will do the next job free or any other work. Now we have to pay over $20,000 to have the basement ripped up to repair the damages. The we sent a camera thru the weeping pipes. It could not go through because they were all crushed with gravel. In the end, he will do nothing and just ran away from the house saying he is an old man and his heart can't take it. We also should show him more respect. I WILL NOT RESPECT A MAN WHO TOOK OUR MONEY AND SCREWED US OVER !!!!!!! ROYALLY !!!!!!

I hired Foam comfort after getting a very nice site inspection from their estimator. When they arrived to do the job, I was wondering what I would have to deal with when it came to the workers on site. They were exceptional !!!!!!! I am a designer and work with many trades and have had a lot of bad experiences. They were happy, polite, well groomed and very proactive on protecting area's that need protecting and actually left the site cleaner than it was before they arrived. I have used other foam companies in the past, but will only be using Foam Comfort for the rest of my career !!!!!!

All Canadian Self Storage: The Staff is professional. I use their service often and very happy on how clean the units are. I have highly recommended them to all my friends/family and co-workers.
