We heard great things about You Move Me Vancouver, but were not satisfied with their service, and would not use/recommend them again. The two movers worked very slowly, and were joking/laughing to themselves for most of the time. It felt like they were deliberately working slowly to drag out the clock. Every time we've used movers in the past, they worked quickly and got down to business; we've never had movers work so slowly before. It was a good thing we had moved over a bunch of our stuff ahead of time, or it might have taken them 8 hours to get everything. They also packed my husband's coat up and put it in the back of the truck without checking with us first. We couldn't get it until the truck was unloaded at the new place, and it was pretty cold that day. The company's website also promised welcome coffee when they first arrived, and I had heard that we would receive a small housewarming present at our new residence. However, our movers did not show up with coffee, or say anything about it. At the end of the move, I asked about coffee and a the housewarming gift, and got a noncommittal response. I had to chase after them to get our small plant, the housewarming gift. The movers were not terrible, but not great either and we will not be using them again.

Hey Jennifer, I am so sorry to hear you felt like your move was not as good as it could have been. I would definitely like to drop off a Starbucks gift card to you when convenient to make up for not receiving the coffee.

I am now happy to say that I am glad we were able to connect you with Danielle, our Customer Experience Manager and come up with a fair resolution for you. Once again I am so sorry for not delivering on our promise about coffee but I know my Sales Manager will be setting up a time that is convenient for you to have it dropped off.
