An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
we had few rugs that needed to be clean and one needed repair. We found Five Star Cleaning company through homestars and called them. They gave me a fair estimate. They also clean and repair them in 4 days as I requested. The picked up and delivery was free. They did amzing job both in cleaning and repairing the rugs. What can I say, fair price, great job, very punctual and very good customer service. I will most possible will use their services again and I definietly will recommend them to others as well.
