Hi Maria,thank you very much for the great feedback.we really took this job even we were overwhelmed on that moment,I remember you said you moved to the hotel with your family and child all ready was 4 days.We filed sorry and start the job!But before us was 2 Plumbing company and with out any Result. We installed back water valve and Sump pump,removed building trap and replaced the sanitary drain with pipe burst technology (with 25 years of warranty!)Also waterproofed the cold room 8 feet exterior for lower price as we charge (because the wall was exposed),passed inspection,helped with paperwork, to get the rebate and even installed laminate back for you.It was our pleasure to help you out, and we were happy to seeing your family back:) thanks again ,Sergey !
