I cant believe that they just cut off my alarm system and didnt even notify me until I asked. The interior door frame was not painted.

Alarm wires have to be disconnected in order to safely remove and install a new door. This is common knowledge. We gosh the wires through and leave them for reconnection which was explained to you and also written on the bottom of your contract in the terms. We are happy to share this with you if you would like. The interior of your door frame is fully finished. What you are referring to is the wood casings/trim that go around the perimeter of the door on the inside and yes, these come primed. They do not come painted as it is real wood, they are only offer primed and it is the responsibility of the homeowner to paint. This is also at the bottom of your contract in the terms. Both of these items were explained to you, perhaps you don't recall? While we can appreciate your frustration, it is written into the terms. Your door is gorgeous (we have pictures) and the install was done perfectly so to give a 1/10 we feel is very unfair and would like you to reconsider.
