Sincere and honest folks. Came on time and did the install all the while keeping me in the loop about the what's and how's. The owner Tim and his son Wyatt along with Trevor were very polite and did a fantastic job with sincerity. Took care of the cleanup afterwards and left no mess for me to clean. The office manager, Shannen was also very polite and honest upfront about my selection of the AC. No hidden costs or overheads, you pay what they quote you. Now that the install is complete, how the after sales service happens is what remains to be seen but I have no doubts about the team at Air Central.
