While our neighbour was doing some renovations, they found that our sewage pipe was linked to theirs and was in bad shape. We had also had some issues with back-up so thought it was a good time to re-grade the pipe. John at Super Rooter was the only company that we would call for this job. Not only is he incredibly honest, the work was done quickly and everything is better than new.

We have used Super Rooter several times. We have an issue where we need to have our sewer line done at some point, but in the meantime, it backs up every year. We have had Super Rooter snake the line several times over the past few years and they have always been prompt and incredibly inexpensive. What they quote is what you pay, regardless of how long it takes. They also have installed an external cleanout, snaked our clogged bathtub drain, replaced a shower diverter and fixed a leaky sink. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his company. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the most fair plumber that we have ever worked with.

We have had many reno projects over the years and have had contractors ranging from okay to awful. One of the reasons why we had continued to put the kitchen reno on hold is that we just weren't ready to deal with another awful contractor, but we hated our kitchen and it was time. We found Sandro's name on HomeStars and, after meeting him and several other contractors, felt very reassured that he was the right person for the job. We live in an old home so there were many challenges, but Sandro dealt with all of them. Sandro did a wonderful job in turning the dream kitchen from my mind into a reality. Of so many positives working with him, the only negative is that quarter round got ripped up in our hallway during the reno and wasn't replaced and I just haven't had time to replace it myself so it is a bit of an eyesore. However, we would use him again in a second and plan to have him work on our bathroom next.
