Went from problem with our old furnace to a new furnace, installed in just over 24 hours. from service call (Rick was a great guy with loads of practical advice) to sales call (Gus was super nice, no pressure and very knowledgeable) to install (John, Neil and Gary were all fast, friendly and professional) like that. We were pretty blown away. Even though it was a fairly sizeable purchase for us, we're totally confident we made the right choice and are in very good hands( 10 year warranty!!) Couldn't be more pleased.
