Sample we based our purchase on was not at all alike to the product received. Salesman promised to call when hardwood came in to the store, no call was made so I had to call them to see if it was in. Nosing that was supplied with the hardwood was un-finished, couldn't find finish in most common stores, repeadatly asked for help to locate finish from sales man without any call back. Was never informed about any return policies, nothing on the receipt. When it came time for install we realized this was not at all what we wanted and tried to return saying we would buy a different flooring from them. After a week of repeadetly asking for a descission without getting an answer I finally got an answer and was informed that the owner was "pissed" for us asking. Check the Better Business bureau before purchasing any major item from a small supplier. Stay way from this supplier.
