I called for a quote for my landlords, and was given a nice price, and very fast service within the next 12 hours. The guy was polite, and informed me that there is a guarantee of 6 months, if there was a problem. I don't think I will anticipate any problems as he was very thorough in his work, and service. I called in for my landlord as they do not speak English. They needed information regarding rats in their house, and a price. I called and the owner was really nice and gave me a deal. I called the landlord n they went to this company. I sent them a thank u card, with postage to say thanks. Kelowna, BC area.
I had a gentleman come to my house and repair what I thought A big problem, and ended up being a small issue, that Shaw did not want to come and fix. the representative told me how to fix the issue if it should happen again n the near future, and only charged me the service call, rather then a complete order of money. I was happy, & will recommend this company to my friends.
I was looking for some new ar/paintings for my older daughters bedroom, and I was not happy with some of the art I saw. I spoke to a woman who was very kind and sincere. I explained to her my 13 year old daughter was very finicky with art, and after we talked about my daughter on her colors, we found one, actually a few items she was happy with. I wasnt happy with the prices, but then she offered me a discount on them for the holidays.
When I came to the store, I had no idea on what type of window to get as I was all new to this interior decorating scene. I met with a nice guy,and after some probing questions, he was able to get me with the windows I needed and delivered to my home within the week. I was quite happy with him.

The granite counter tops indicate that they can be ordered and were at the store within 1 week.The male rep was nice about making sure the order was placed and with such fast service.
