Very quick turnaround from when I called the company & when a a Representative showed up at the house. After educating us on the benefits of new equipment & long term savings on monthly bill, the deal was sealed. Next day installers were at my house to complete the job. A1 Service.
Night and day is how I describe the change to the "look" of my home. It took us ten years to decide to go ahead with this major project as we wanted to go through the ineviteable construction mess once and only once. Sal worked with us from the beginning and showed much welcomed patience as we fine tuned the design. He had practical suggested changes along the way. With a project this size, issues will arise and changes will be made as things progress...."oh wouldn't it be nice to......" you get the point. Sal was very accomodating and very good at communicating what the change entails including updating on costs.....I hate surprises. As for the quality of the work, Sal and his crew are very meticulous. They take pride in their work and the finish product shows it. I can't tell u how many passers by just stop and stare at the finished product and the "bold" ones knock on the door to "get the contractors name". We ended up spending a bit more than we expected soley because of the extras we requested...BUT...we more than got it back from the increase value in our home......ty Bongro
