We were looking for some traditional furniture and accessories for our new home so we started with Elizabeth Interiors because I kept passing by the store for years and never went in. While their furniture was nice, we found many of the accessories lacking in quality (cheap materials). We did end up purchasing a large wall-mounted clock, but when we asked about the return policy, we were told that we have 2 days...which I found kind of weird. Not sure if we'll be going back because I noticed that other stores carry the same things for fraction of the price.

We recently purchased couple pictures, full length mirror and number of clocks from Bombay Furniture at Limeridge Mall. Very happy with the items, they are good quality and go well with the traditional look of our home. Before going there, I thought the store carried more exotic looking stuff (judging from the name) but it's more old English style.

I've been to many antique stores in the Hamilton area and Mizener's is one of my favorite. Their selection is very good, prices are pretty normal. I bought a great marble top side table for $25...the price was originally higher but the vendor saw me looking at it and it was near the end of the day so he started lowering the price until i say yes. Make sure not to go to the market when it rains (unless they paved the parking lot since I last went there), because it gets super muddy.

I found the Stratford Antique Warehouse during my visit to the town and I absolutely loved it. You need at least an hour to walk around the store and look at the million things they have. I was focusing on old English china and vintage postcards and ended up buying couple things, all in great condition. I find their prices very reasonable.

I bought a fabric for curtains at the European Textiles location on Ottawa St. The store is clean, well organized and has a good selection. The only thing I do not like, and it happened to me couple times already, is when the sales reps follow me around the store and smooth out every fabric I touch...I think think should be done after a customer leaves.

I bought porcelain tiles at Eden't Tile It, because they were reasonably prices and the store had the amount I needed in stock. They selection is pretty good and they have different stuff than Home Depot.

I had a large elaborate frame made at the Framing Warehouse and I was satisfied with the work. They also have a great selection of frames, posters and artwork at the store. I would use this place again.

I have used AB Best for basic printing which was alright but when I tried to get them do my business cards it was quite painful...I wanted them to reproduce an old business card I had and they just couldn't get the font, logo and colour right so in the end I gave up and got it done somewhere else. Who knows maybe someone else had a better business-card experience with them.

Wayne, who does all sorts of home renovations, renovated our bathroom. We did all the prep work (thinking we would do it all on our own, but that didn't happen), like removing the old tiles, sink, toilet, and drywalling the shower stall, and Wayne installed all the floor and wall tiles, new sink, toilet, etc. We were very happy with his work.

Arcana windows replaced all our windows, including sliding door to the backyard. They also did our front door - originally a single door with a sidelight, but they suggested that we get rid of the sidelight and make the door wider - great idea. We have been satisfied with both the windows and doors

Our kitchen sink was clogged, ended up being a clogged pipe in the basement...I was satisfied with the service and since my husband helped the guy out, he gave us a discount.

This was the first duct cleaning I had done, I'm not sure how long it's usually suppose to take but I thought they were pretty fast (live in a townhouse), so not sure how well it was done.
