Post-deposit, communication around next steps and what to expect, took away any questions I may have had.

The crew that installed the windows, arrived on time, were friendly and cordial. Their craftsmanship was great, while also being efficient. Cleanliness and care for my home was also a priority.

I still have my upper windows to do and will not consider another company after such a great experience with Arcana. I could not recommend them more.

Jay arrived on time and took a look at a few crank casement windows I was concerned about. "These are fine and do not require replacing," he said. We did get one of the windows measured and within 24 hours I've received a comprehensive quote in the event it goes wonky on me. But otherwise, no pushy sales approach and no needless waste of money. Absolutely refreshing in these times to experience such integrity. On that basis alone, I recommend Arcana to anyone considering new or replacement windows for their home.

We had to change a few things in our house to accomodate for a wheelchair and the doors were a main issue. Everyone at Arcana Windows and Doors (from the beginning to the end) was very friendly and helped us along the way. They helped us figure out the door hardware, even going so far as to get on a call with me while I was in home depot picking the hardware out. They worked with us to install on a day that fit our schedule and the installer was kind, thorough, and on time. They even stopped by (the owner) to check on the doors a few days after. Couldn't recommend them more!

My experience was very good and I highly recommend Arcana Windwos and Doors. Alannah was very accomodating with the many different quotes I asked for. Jay gave excellent advice when measuring for the windows and some options I had for screens etc. . Antonio and his crew were efficent and hard working. He explained what he was doing when I had a question about one area. The job was completed on time.
