This time, he identified some structural issues that were fixable but expensive and I was able to get money back from the seller on closing so I can immediately rectify this issue. Without such a detailed report and explanation it wouldn’t have happened and now I can move in with the peace of mind that my new home is safe. You can just see with the ease at which he works that he’s hardwired to spot issues but also is able to teach you how to maintain and care for your home going forward. Having him on board is well worth the money - can’t say enough good things about the experience!
