Not only did the company owner make a special trip to do the cleaning, but she entered a very difficult situation at a seniors memory care facility to complete the job. She worked tirelessly until she was happy with the outcome, and exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful job to restore the furniture. Was timely, efficient, left the place spotless and really knew her stuff. Thank you Bianca for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

We have used this company before with great success. Sadly, this time every window has streaks and water marks on the outside windows. What a disappointment. I assume the windows are clean but the marks are terrible. I believe that the knowledgeable and super friendly guy might have been training a new guy, which may have resulted in the poor job.
