We just said goodbye to Tom, who came to our house as quickly as he was able because our furnace had stopped working (in the middle of winter). Now it is up and running again, thanks to him. He gave us lots of information about our furnace and how to keep it in good working order. When we install a new furnace, we'll be calling no one else but Tom. I found Manny through Homestars, and selected him to work on my house after getting three quotes. I knew he was the best man for the job when he talked me out of painting my wood trim, because it would eventually detract from the value of my 1920s house. He helped me see what I could achieve within my budget, too. When the time came to do the work, Manny and his team were always prompt and easy to interact with. Plus, I was "that guy" one evening and called Manny after his working hours to tell him I wasn't sure I'd picked the right colour. He had new paint mixed immediately and even though the change was inconvenient, he responded with the utmost courtesy. Finally, he was easy to contact by phone and email--something I appreciate. I would recommend Manny highly.
