An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Clearview provided a comprehensive review of my home that goes beyond a traditional home inspection and included an indoor air quality inspection, home maintenance inspection, infrared scan, and water analysis. Tom provided a comprehensive report that included pictures, lab results and recommendations on items that needed my attention. Walking around with Tom while he scanned the walls and ceilings was particularly eye-opening, and he was very accommodating throughout. Tom's final report helped me to prioritize the work and was very useful. Most importantly, it gave me peace of mind that my toddler was not being exposed to mold or lead in our older house.
