An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I found FIVE STAR FLOOD EMERGENCY Company through homestars; web site. Bob and his helpers were at my house in 25 minutes. They knew exactly what they were doing,very knowledegable, polite and caring. They took care of all the details plus giving us the details of what is going on and what will happen next few days. They changed their shoes and had gloves on while they were working in basement.
