This is three years after the fact but felt I must write about the absolutely terrible experience I had with Flamborough Patio Furniture. They were hired to remove an old deck, build a new one, take away an old hot tub,fix areas of a fence and build a gate, all at a huge expense. They did a very poor job, parts of the deck repeatedly falling over in high winds, building overtop of garbage and general very poor cleanup. I do not recommend them whatsoever. Jinny McCreary

David Grassby from AtlasCare Heating and Cooling arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. as he said he would. Without pressure, using language I could understand, supplying all the information I needed, I purchased a new air conditioner since my old one was done. AirCalm, which I have used for years and AtlasCare merged. I was somewhat leary since I loved AirCalm's service and service man. Leo, of AtlasCare came for an air conditioner seasonal service plus a check on my gas fireplace. He was excellent. He was friendly, prompt, informative and very helpful. I have had an on going drainage issue whereby the basement window well filled up with water when it rained heavily and overflowed through the window causing damage in a finished basement. This has been fixed professionally several times in the past without success. Keith and Noel from Clarke Basement Systems did an absolutely superb job digging down manually and I mean really down, installing drainage tubing, waterproofing material and loads of gravel. They worked very hard to rectify this problem and were friendly, communicative, knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Dan L, owner of Natural Elements Home, Lawn, @ Property Services Inc. has done a superb job taking care of my yard maintenance. He is hardworking, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. He has helped me enormously not only with yard maintenance but hooking me up with trades people, he has a window washing service and hanydman skills as well. He is a true professional and a real asset.

I had an ongoing water leakage problem repaired in my cold cellar. David Bunn was the sales rep. and Jose Martinez and Brendon Wallace did the work. Everyone was outstanding--great work ethic, informative, reliable, hard working, neat, efficient and very female friendly. I highly reommend them.
