I spoke with Silverline representative Mr. Bill Davidson at the Maple Ridge Home Show. I followed-up with Mr. Davidson in late August asking for a quote. Mr. Davidson showed up promptly upon the agreed up date and provided a quote. The quote was lower that expected and was accepted the following day. The process for final measurement and ordering the windows was completed shortly thereafter with flexibility exhibited to meet my schedule. I was told the windows could take up to 30 days to construct however I was contacted 20 days later by Ms. Kat Fleck to advise the windows were ready and a date set for installation. The Silverline crew showed up promptly upon the agreed upon date and time and completed the job within a few hours. The work and cleanup was done very professionally. My expectations were more than exceeded.
