We were away from home and received a phone call from Telsco saying that the main floor sensor alarm was breached. They asked us if they should send a car around. I told them know, as we have neighbors that monitor our home when we are away. I called the neighbors and they responded noting it was a false alarm. When we got home, we called Telsco to see why this would happen. They said there could be many causes, but advised us that if we wished they could send a technician out to check out all the sensors to ensure they were working properly. We accepted this offer, thinking there would be a fee for this. A very polite technician came over and checked every sensor in the home to ensure it was functioning properly. They all were, and said it was an anomaly that this occurred. He also stated that if it happened again, they would come out and possibly replace the motion sensor. I really thought we were going to pay a service charge for this, as friends have told us that other Security Systems charge for service calls like this. We were informed that there was no charge. We are really happy with Telsco and would recommend them to anyone!
