Total Security ( Ray) installed my alarm system and I have to say a BIG THANK YOU to Ray for the excellent installation and after sales service that he provides. Any time, I have faced an issue, including battery replacement, he was quick to return my calls, pass by and fix the issue. I would highly recommend Total Security to anyone who is looking to get a new home security system installed.

I have been along time customer of Ray at Total Security. He installed my fist home alarm system 10 years ago and when I moved into my new house... I didn’t have to look for another company as he was the first person who came to my mind. His after sales support has been exceptional... whenever I had any issues with the system,all I had to do was drop a message to Ray and he would be there to fix it right away. I would recommend Ray at Total Security to anyone who is thinking of installing a security/alarm system.
