Signed annual contract for: - mitsubishi slim jim AC (245) - navien combi boiler for hot water and radiant heat (245) This contract included annual service of both appliances. Service professional was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Plus the contract means that I can call for service should the need arise anytime throughout the year. I believe I received value for the money.
