Serhii is an excellent tradesman and executes his craft to the highest standard! I hired Serhii to complete a 400 sqft tiling project with large format tiles. From the first day, he was very transparent and friendly. He quickly got to work on demolition and cleaned as he went along to minimize dust. He worked diligently throughout the project and kept me informed of what he was doing. Serhii noticed that my floor wasn’t flat and informed me of what it would take to improve the appearance of the finished floor. As the project continued, he would provide his input on things that I would overlook; like transitions to staircases or between floors. Not only does he offer good advice, he doesn’t up-sell on any of the products either. Serhii is also extremely personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He keeps to himself as he works, but never shies away from conversation. When I talked to him, it was like talking to an old friend. The project turned out beautiful and was finished without a hitch. His price is affordable and reasonable. I don’t think you could ask for a better tiler! To those who are searching, look no further! Serhii is the right choice and probably the best choice! Eugene and his apprentice, Dermain, are great! Not only are they extremely easy going and friendly, they also put in high quality work and provide reliable and trustworthy service! Eugene alone is a true master of his craft. His care and dedication shows through his work and careful planning. For my work, I had 16 pot lights, a dinette and an island pendant light installed, my kitchen rewired, and loose cables from a wall removal project rerouted and tucked away. During the service call, Eugene reviewed my blueprints for the kitchen and made sure everything was perfectly aligned with the future kitchen to be installed. At all parts of the project, he made an effort to be on time (even following a large snowfall), kept me informed of what was happening, and notified me of expected completion timelines and unexpected issues. Eugene and Dermain also respected the space and work of the other tradesmen on site. He would always leave the room with everyone smiling. For the quality of work, you definitely get value added for what you pay. I cannot stress enough how fortunate I am to have Eugene as my electrician. He will definitely get recommended to anyone who asks me for an electrician!

I hired The Fan Man in 2018 for two bathroom exhaust fans. He installed them quickly and cleanly. The worksite was left clean and all patchwork was done. If you need a fan done at a reasonable price, I’d recommend The Fan Man!

I hired Majid to reroute a few ducts and air returns for my home when we had a load bearing wall removed. Majid was very friendly and came in a timely fashion. He worked diligently, but encountered some difficult challenges. Majid worked hard to come up with a design and implemented it to the best of his ability. Unfortunately, when we had an inspection by the city, the work did not pass due to impractical design. When I informed Majid, he was busy on another project. Given the time sensitivity of my project, he covered the cost of having another hvac company complete the design fix to the inspectors satisfaction. Majid is an honourable man and cares about his customers. Our emotions might get the best of us sometimes, but I am happy to have worked with Majid and see that he is willing to do what’s right.
