Ive worked with Max several times now. On this occasion I called him on a freezing winter Saturday afternoon with a request to diagnose a broken furnace at my rental property. Max showed up on Saturday night to diagnose the problem and schedule a follow up replacement. I appreciated how responsive and timely he was. Nazar gave me great advice about a rebate program that saved me money. Nazar was also very helpful in diagnosing some of the other water issues I was having in my basement.
