I wanted to install a backwater valve and Serhiy/Mike took the time to explain the options, timing, and the process for the Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program. The installation was completed without any issues. The team did a great job protecting the floors and cleaning up afterward. This is the first time working with Tornado Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. I will definitely contact Tornado should I need plumbing services in the future.
